Do not dispute the over the truth with someone who does not know the truth; but from the person who is eager to know the truth, do not withold words from him.

Sunday Liturgy begins at 9:00 a.m. NEW INFORMATION
6/7/20, 06:00 PM
Posted by Fr. Gregory

Until further notice Divine Liturgy on Sunday begins at 9:00 a.m. Set up for the Divine Liturgy begins at 8:00 a.m. Please come to help if you can! All parish calendars have been updated to reflect the new start time. Please pass the word to those who you know or suspect will not see this announcement.

Please note: although the disease is much less likely to spread outside, it is still important to physically distance. It is understood: everyone is tired of pandemic restrictions! But the point of worshiping outside is not just because we can essentially welcome as many people as would like to attend, but also to lower the opportunity for the virus to spread. Please be conscious of physical distancing and please kindly and lovingly remind others who forget this. No one wants to spread the virus but it is easy to forget to physically distance.

Parents please note: you must supervise your children during the outside services! Children are not allowed to play in the neighbors yards during the service. If we are not diligent about this our neighbors will start to dislike us, and that is not good for anyone. Thank you for seeing to this.

It was very warm under the tents yesterday. We are examining how we can aleviate that going forward. Please provide us other feedback so that we can do this better by emailing info@stvladimiraami.org visiting this feedback form:

If you give something to one in need, let the cheerfulness of your face precede your gift, and comfort his sorrow with kind words. When you do this, by your gift the gladness of his mind surpasses even the needs of his body.

Be a herald of Gods goodness, for God rules over you, unworthy though you are; for although your debt to Him is so great, yet He is not seen exacting payment from you, and from the small works you do, He bestows great rewards upon you.

Lampadas above the Royal Doors - Please be Attentive
27/6/20, 06:00 AM
Posted by Fr. Gregory

We ask all to be attentive to the system we have devised to help folks know when they can and when they cannot move about during the Divine Services to light candles, etc. Even as we ask all to be attentive we also ask all to be loving, and if someone clearly is not aware that we have reached a time in the Divine Service when we should be still that we share that information with them lovingly and in a way that will not cause embarrassment. Please contact Fr. Gregory with questions or concerns.
